About Dr. Mihills
As a native of North Texas, Dr. Cody Mihills is excited to bring quality medical care to the Southlake area. He graduated L.D. Bell High School and went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University in College Station. He attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and did his residency with The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at McLennan County Medical Education and Research Foundation in Waco. Dr. Mihills was named chief resident for his final year there.
Dr. Mihills is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine and holds current licensure in Texas and Louisiana. His medical interests include preventative care, chronic disease management, office procedures, and clinical trials.
Dr. Mihills deeply believes in giving back to the community and the world. Locally, he has served as a volunteer physician for Carroll Independent School District’s Medical Academy since 2004. Globally, he has been on seven medical mission trips to help the needy in Nicaragua, Kenya and Peru.
Dr. Mihills and his wife Cayce enjoy spending time with their growing family, travel, and community involvement. Dr. Mihills looks forward to enriching the lives of his patients with health and wellbeing.
About Dr. Webb
Spending most of his childhood in central Louisiana, Dr. Webb began his higher education at the University of Louisiana at Monroe (formerly Northeast Louisiana University). Designated as a National Merit Scholar, he was admitted to the University as an Early Admissions student.
Immediately following the completion of his undergraduate degree, the 19-year-old graduate began his studies in the MD program at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana. There, he received his Doctorate of Medicine degree and returned to Monroe to complete his internship at E.A. Conway Hospital/LSU Medical Center-Monroe. There he rotated internships in Internal Medicine, Intensive Care, Surgery, Pediatrics, Radiology and OB/GYN. This experience, teamed with a vast amount of time spent in Emergency Medicine provided Dr. Webb with significant knowledge of multiple fields of practice.
Following his Internship, Dr. Webb continued at E.A. Conway Hospital/LSU Medical Center-Monroe, as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Surgery in the field of Emergency Medicine. During this time, he was responsible for the supervision and training of interns in an Emergency Room with large patient volumes. It was during this time that Dr. Webb began his private practice at Coats Clinic in Mer Rouge, Louisiana, where he later opened his full time private practice. Shortly after beginning full time practice, he was asked to serve as Chief of Medicine at Morehouse General Hospital, a position he held for six years. Through these years, Dr. Webb has offered excellent patient care for all ages, including children and geriatrics. This setting, in contrast to his practice in larger communities, sets Dr. Webb apart as a physician of strength and character, and as a friend, confidant and care-provider for all his patients.
Dr. Webb, along with his wife, Allison Shepherd Webb, R.N., work side by side to provide their patients a warm, comforting environment, as well as excellent medical care. The couple resides in Westlake, Texas where they enjoy spending time with family and friends and keeping up with the hectic schedule of their children, George William, Samuel and Annabelle. Their son Sean resides in Austin, Texas. Dr. Webb, a gifted musician, enjoys spending his free time playing the guitar and playing in a band with friends.
About Dr. Curlee
Dr. Curlee was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He graduated from Lake Country Christian high school and then when on to Dallas Baptist University where he graduated with honors with a degree in Biology. Dr. Curlee then went onto Hanover, New Hampshire where he graduated from Dartmouth College with a Master of Public Health degree in 2003. After this he returned to Fort Worth to pursue his medical education. Dr. Curlee graduated from University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2007. He then completed a residency in Family Medicine, graduating from John Peter Smith Hospital in 2010.
Dr. Curlee’s clinical interests include office based procedures, preventative medicine, men and women’s health, pediatrics and geriatrics. He is married to Laura Curlee, who is also a physician, and he has two beautiful daughters. Dr. Curlee is truly excited to be working and living in the Fort Worth area. He looks forward to helping the people of his hometown become healthier and happier.
About Dr. Ward
Kimberly A. Ward was born in Dayton, Ohio, but spent most of her childhood in Plano, Texas. After graduation from Plano Senior High School, she attended Texas A & M University, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Biomedical Sciences in 1995. Upon her completion of her undergraduate work, she attended Texas Tech Health Science Center School of Medicine in Lubbock and achieved her M.D.
degree in 2000.
Dr. Ward completed her post graduate training in Internal Medicine in Houston, Texas at the University of Texas at Houston Health Sciences Center. Throughout her residency she was afforded access to cutting edge medical care in the world renowned Houston Medical Center which includes institutions such as St. Lukes Heart Hospital, Memorial Hermann Hospital, and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. She was appointed a chief resident position but elected to complete her residency and move with her husband and family to San Antonio where her husband was stationed with the US Air Force at Wilford Hall Medical Center. She sat for the Internal Medicine Board Exam and passed in 2004.
Dr. Ward has always had a special interest in women's health and preventative health care.
On a personal note, most of Dr. Ward's time currently is spent managing her home and family. Her husband, Rick, is a hospitalist at Harris Methodist HEB Hospital and they have been married for 13 years.
Her four beautiful kids, Nathan, 9, Katie, 7, Abby, 4 and Josh, 18 months, keep her always on the go. She is an avid Texas Rangers fan, and she enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and watching movies in her free time.
About Dr. Monroe
Dr. Monroe received her B.A. in Chemistry from Texas Tech University in 2000. After teaching high school science for three years, she returned to graduate work at Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, TX. Dr. Monroe completed both a B.S. in Health and Wellness and a Doctorate in Chiropractic in the spring of 2007. Her post-doctorate work includes Full Body Certification and Elite Provider Status with Active Release Techniques, as well as work in Sports Medicine, Rehab, and Herbal Therapies.
Russell Daily, PA-C
A West Texas native, Russell Daily completed his undergraduate studies in 1993 at Texas Tech University with a major in Microbiology and Organic Chemistry. Upon acceptance into the University of Texas Medical Center's PA Program Russell moved to the area where he has remained a long term resident of Trophy Club. Russell has been a PA in the Keller Southlake area since 2000 and is a board certified Family Practitioner. In his free time Russell enjoys reading, boating, and spending time with his wonderful children.
